NAS – who testified to the word of God and to the testimony of Jesus Christ, {even} to all that he saw.

NAS – I, John, your brother and fellow partaker in the tribulation and kingdom and perseverance {which are} in Jesus, was on the island called Patmos because of the word of God and the testimony of Jesus.
NA26 – Ἐγὼ Ἰωάννης, ὁ ἀδελφὸς ὑμῶν καὶ συγκοινωνὸς ἐν τῇ θλίψει καὶ βασιλείᾳ καὶ ὑπομονῇ ἐν Ἰησοῦ, ἐγενόμην (5633) ἐν τῇ νήσῳ τῇ καλουμένῃ (5746) Πάτμῳ διὰ τὸν λόγον τοῦ θεοῦ καὶ τὴν μαρτυρίαν Ἰησοῦ.
WH – εγω ιωαννης ο αδελφος υμων και συγκοινωνος εν τη θλιψει και βασιλεια και υπομονη εν ιησου εγενομην (5633) εν τη νησω τη καλουμενη (5746) πατμω δια τον λογον του θεου και την μαρτυριαν ιησου
